Raised and have a home base in San Diego for over 20 years.  Bachelors degree in Economics from California State University - Fullerton.  Previously experienced in Wholesale, Job Search Agency, Export/Import, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Semi-Conductor industries. 

Passionate in regards to all aspects of real estate from construction to investing.  Have been managing residential properties since 2008 all over the county (Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido, San Carlos, and University City).   

Involvement in remodeling/renovation projects including:

• Supervised roofing and windows/doors project for a 6,000 sq. ft. home
• Exterior and interior painting
• Flooring and tiles
• Bathroom upgrades - toilets, faucets, fixtures, and ceiling fans

Basic knowledge on carpentry, electric, plumbing, and handy work.

Firm believer in high professionalism and outstanding business/personal ethics. 

Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
